📋 How clients consent to receive messages
Clients provide their phone number directly to their service provider when scheduling. The provider enters it into YardSync. Clients are informed they will receive appointment reminder SMS and can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Reminder message example: "Hi [Name]! Your service is scheduled for [date] at [time]. See you then! Reply STOP to opt out. – [Business Name]"
